Rate: 1 on-site visit for 3 hours 60,000 yen

The Return-to-Work Support Program of Natural Resource provides services for employees who are on leave due to mental disorders for the purpose of promoting steady return-to-work and prevention of the recurrences. Our services include on-site counseling, feedbacks of the counseling to the Human Resource (HR), and assistance for the HR to carry out the program effectively. We also help employees with reworks under the consent of the employee.

Our counseling professionals have achieved satisfactory results such as lowering leave rate and a significant improvement in employment retention rate at many companies.

The services that Natural Resource provides include cost-effective and carefully developed EAP programs, and second opinions to the programs that have been furnished by other service providers. Our services especially benefit small and medium-sized businesses that encounter difficulties to hold own EAP professionals.
