Many employees confront a variety of work and/or life challenges such as workplace relations, career and life plans, and their own personal issues. Preventive Counseling and Coaching are highly effective tools for both employers and employees, as the program is not only safeguards for mental health issues but also promotes productivity at workplace.

Our preventive counseling enables employees to regain control of their lives. Employees will understand their concerns and emotional impact of them, as well as obtain the knowledge and skills that assist them to resolve the concerns. We also apply "coaching" in order for employees to self-create positive changes and achieve high motivation and high work performance.
